A note from our owner, Sam:
“As a woman, I understand how difficult it can be to find service technicians or contractors who treat you with respect, communicate clearly, and make you feel comfortable in your own home. That’s why I’m extremely selective about who joins our team. At Divine Lighting & Electric, our technicians are honest, professional, courteous, and respectful. They take the time to listen, answer questions, address concerns, and always clean up after the job is done.”

Our Team
Sam ~ Owner & Master Electrician
Sam began her electrical career in 1996 as an apprentice and earned her Master Electrician license in 2002, the same year she founded Divine Lighting & Electric. For years, she balanced running her own business while working with larger corporate electrical companies, but in 2017 she decided to fully invest in her own vision. Since then, Divine Lighting & Electric has continued to grow and thrive.
Sam has strong ties to the military through her son, who served in the Army for nine years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, riding motorcycles, being a grandma, and hanging out with her cats, Maverick and Goose.
Hobie ~ Licensed Electrician
Hobie began his electrical career in 2022 and has worked hard to advance through his schooling and certifications in the trade. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing, staying active outdoors, and spending quality time with his family and pets.
Brandon ~ Apprentice
Brandon began his electrical career in 2025 and is excited to continue growing in the trade as he begins his official electrical education. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family & animals and working on classic cars
